THE UMG MONARCH DYNASTY ROYAL ENGAGEMENTS & WEDDINGS

WHERE LOVE BECOMES COVENANT — AND COVENANT BECOMES LEGACY

MORE THAN SEVEN YEARS OF LOVE, FAMILY, REBUILDING & PURPOSE

The story of King Giezwa Monarch and Queen Teyaira Monarch did not begin with crowns, a Royal Engagement, or plans for a Royal Wedding. It began with two people choosing one another and continuing to make that choice as life grew around them. After more than seven years together and six children, their relationship has become a story of love, parenthood, endurance, rebuilding, ambition, faith, and the determination to create something that can continue long after them.

Their public story has consistently been framed around chosen love, covenant, divine timing, family purpose, and the responsibility to build together. What started as a relationship became a household, a family, and eventually a shared vision encompassing businesses, media, creative work, property goals, ceremonies, public records, and the future they are preparing for their children.

Their journey has included seasons that required them to stand together through thick and thin. Rather than allowing difficult periods to become the final chapter, they chose to rebuild. That rebuilding became larger than simply restoring what had been lost; it became an opportunity to rethink their future around ownership, independence, multiple businesses, intellectual property, media, brands, and generational wealth. King Giezwa's public work spans professional boxing, media, sports, entrepreneurship, creative production, brand development and long-term development planning, while Queen Teyaira's public work includes creative expression, family media, fashion, digital branding, visual presentation and business ownership.

At the center of everything remains their family. Their six children are part of the Founding Royal House and the reason so much of the couple's work is focused on continuity rather than temporary success. The goal is not simply to build businesses that succeed today, but to leave behind ownership, knowledge, archives, traditions, opportunities and systems that the next generation does not have to recreate from nothing. UMG's public Royal House record identifies the six children by their approved Royal names: Prince Giezwa The Third Monarch, Prince JJ Monarch, Princess VV Monarch, Prince ZZ Monarch, Princess Yen Monarch and Princess Niv Monarch and more to come in the near future.

The Royal Engagement and future Royal Wedding therefore represent the next public chapter of a relationship that has already been lived for years. The wedding will not create their family; it will commemorate the love, commitment, children, rebuilding and shared future that already exist. It will bring together faith, vows, family, ceremony, symbolism, Royal tradition, photography, film and archival preservation so that the moment can eventually become part of the permanent history of The UMG Monarch Dynasty and the first Monarch traditions presented to the world.

THE MODERN-DAY MONARCHS’ LOVE STORY

The Modern-Day Monarchs’ Love Story is built around one defining principle: never giving up on each other.

Through more than seven years together, King Giezwa Monarch and Queen Teyaira Monarch have experienced growth, pressure, setbacks, rebuilding, parenthood, business, and change—but they continued choosing one another through every season. Their story is not about a perfect relationship. It is about commitment strong enough to survive difficult moments, love deep enough to rebuild after hardship, and faith in each other strong enough to keep moving forward when walking away would have been easier.

Their love represents the belief that real partnership is proven in the moments when life becomes difficult. It is staying, rebuilding, forgiving, growing, protecting the family, and continuing to create a future together. They did not give up on the relationship, the family, or the vision they shared—and that perseverance became part of their legacy.

Within The United Monarchy of Giezwa, King Giezwa Monarch is the Founding King and Founding Monarch because he established the present Crown, Royal House, institutional framework, and dynastic structure of UMG. Queen Teyaira Monarch is Queen of The United Monarchy of Giezwa because she was formally chosen, recognized, and elevated to the position of Queen by the King within UMG’s Royal House and ceremonial framework. Her Queenship is therefore derived from her recognized place beside the Founding Monarch, her role within the Royal Family, and her responsibilities in ceremony, family continuity, counsel, and the preservation of the Dynasty. King Giezwa’s title reflects the founding of the institution; Queen Teyaira’s title reflects her lawful internal recognition by the Crown as Queen within UMG. Both titles are official internal Royal and institutional designations of The United Monarchy of Giezwa, while any separate external legal recognition would depend on the appropriate outside governmental or international process.

PUBLIC NOTICE, VERIFIED LEGAL STATUS & INSTITUTIONAL FRAMEWO

UMG GROWTH

The United Monarchy of Giezwa (Government-In-Exile) is a legally organized entity in the United States. On July 22, 2025, the Office of the Minnesota Secretary of State issued a Certificate of Incorporation confirming that The United Monarchy of Giezwa (Government-In-Exile) is legally registered under the laws of Minnesota as a Minnesota nonprofit corporation pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 317A, File No. 1569958100027. The certificate expressly states that the entity is legally registered and possesses the powers, rights, privileges, duties, limitations, and restrictions applicable under that chapter.

UMG has therefore moved beyond being only an idea, private family project, ceremonial concept, or unpublished organizational plan. It possesses an externally verifiable state formation record, while also maintaining an extensive internally adopted institutional framework consisting of its Constitution, Bylaws, Royal Decrees, Crown and succession framework, Royal House records, Ministries, Institutions, Office of the Monarch, Public Administration systems, public institutional standards, archival practices, and related governing materials. UMG's approved public governing editions expressly identify these documents as its internal institutional, dynastic, cultural, ceremonial, administrative, and organizational framework.

UMG also has an active federal intellectual-property record. The mark THE UNITED MONARCHY OF GIEZWA is the subject of U.S. Trademark Application Serial No. 99295546, owned by The United Monarchy of Giezwa (Government-In-Exile), covering International Class 045 — Legal information services.  On March 10, 2026, the United States Patent and Trademark Office issued a Notice of Allowance, confirming that no opposition had been filed after publication and moving the application into the post-allowance intent-to-use stage. A Statement of Use or qualifying extension remains part of the process before a federal registration certificate can issue, so UMG presently should describe the mark as pending / Notice of Allowance issued, not as federally registered unless a later USPTO record confirms registration.

GOVERNMENT-IN-EXILE STATUS

The words “Government-In-Exile” are part of UMG's legally registered Minnesota entity name. That is an externally verifiable fact.

At the same time, registration of an entity containing the words Government-In-Exile does not by itself constitute recognition by the United States, another sovereign state, or an international organization of UMG as an independent sovereign government. UMG's own public legal materials make this distinction intentionally: an outside filing can verify that an organization or application exists and that a particular legal filing occurred, while it does not automatically establish sovereign-state recognition, diplomatic recognition, territorial jurisdiction, or governmental authority over third parties.

Accordingly, UMG's current public status can accurately be described as:

LEGALLY ORGANIZED IN THE UNITED STATES

REGISTERED AS A MINNESOTA NONPROFIT CORPORATION

GOVERNMENT-IN-EXILE INCLUDED IN ITS LEGAL ENTITY NAME

INTERNALLY GOVERNED THROUGH AN ESTABLISHED WRITTEN INSTITUTIONAL FRAMEWORK

FEDERAL TRADEMARK APPLICATION — NOTICE OF ALLOWANCE ISSUED

INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPMENT & EXTERNAL RECOGNITION — IN DEVELOPMENT / SUBJECT TO LEGAL PROCESS

BUILDING TOWARD AN INTERNATIONAL INSTITUTION

UMG's long-term institutional objective is broader than its Minnesota corporate formation. The organization is building a structured framework intended to support lawful international development, governmental cooperation, institutional partnerships, development initiatives, cultural continuity, international engagement, and the potential establishment of a permanent international presence through the appropriate legal processes.

UMG's approach is to establish the infrastructure of an enduring institution before representing future objectives as completed facts. Its public record therefore distinguishes among externally filed records, internally adopted governing records, and future or proposed initiatives that remain under development or legal review.

That distinction is central to UMG's credibility. A Constitution or Royal Decree can establish rules within UMG. A Minnesota filing can establish UMG's legal corporate existence under Minnesota law. A USPTO filing can establish rights and procedural status within the federal trademark system. But territorial authority, diplomatic status, international recognition, host-country authority, treaties, concessions, immigration powers, judicial powers, or other attributes associated with sovereign states require separate lawful processes and cannot be created solely through UMG's own documents. UMG's current governing publications expressly acknowledge the controlling force of applicable federal, state, local, foreign, and international law.

The objective is therefore not to present UMG as having already completed every stage of international establishment. The objective is to demonstrate that real legal organization and documented institutional development have already occurred, while the next stages are pursued through professional legal review, competent authorities, host-country processes, agreements, regulatory requirements, governmental cooperation, and other lawful mechanisms.

ROYAL HOUSE, ENGAGEMENT & WEDDING STATUS

The UMG Monarch Dynasty, the Crown, Royal titles, Royal Engagement, Royal Wedding, Coronation traditions, succession framework, ceremonial vows, blessings, Royal Archives, family traditions, and related Royal House terminology form part of UMG's established internal dynastic, family, cultural, spiritual, ceremonial, and institutional framework.

These Royal House structures exist within UMG and may be formally documented through its own governing and archival systems. Their existence should not, however, be represented as state-recognized nobility, diplomatic rank, public office, immunity, or authority over third parties unless a competent outside authority separately establishes such status.

Likewise, the Royal Wedding may be recognized internally as a significant UMG ceremonial and historical event, but the civil legal marriage itself remains governed by applicable marriage law, including any licensing, officiant, registration, and other legal requirements of the jurisdiction where it occurs.

PUBLIC ACCURACY STANDARD

UMG uses status classifications so that its public communications can distinguish completed legal steps from developing objectives:

ESTABLISHED / ACTIVE — an organizational structure, record, office, program, or function that has actually been established or is operating within UMG's lawful scope.

LEGALLY FILED / EXTERNALLY VERIFIABLE — a filing or action documented through an outside governmental, regulatory, or administrative authority, such as the Minnesota formation record or USPTO application.

UNDER DEVELOPMENT — a structure, program, project, ceremony, or institutional initiative currently being organized or prepared.

UNDER LEGAL REVIEW — a matter requiring legal analysis, outside approvals, licenses, agreements, governmental decisions, regulatory compliance, or other competent-authority action.

PROPOSED / LONG-TERM OBJECTIVE — an international, territorial, diplomatic, development, institutional, or other objective that has not yet completed all required external legal processes.

UMG's public institutional standard is therefore:

DO NOT MINIMIZE WHAT HAS BEEN LEGALLY ESTABLISHED.

DO NOT PRESENT WHAT IS STILL DEVELOPING AS ALREADY COMPLETED.

DOCUMENT EACH STEP.

FOLLOW THE REQUIRED LEGAL PROCESS.

BUILD THE INSTITUTION BEFORE MAKING THE CLAIM.

PRIVACY & RECORD PROTECTION

Public access to UMG materials does not make every institutional or family record public. UMG may protect or redact private addresses, protected locations, information concerning minors, dates of birth, schools, health information, biometric or DNA materials, private financial records, privileged legal communications, security information, private family correspondence, unpublished vows, restricted archival records, and other information not appropriate for unrestricted disclosure.

UMG's governing-document publications also make clear that public access does not transfer ownership of UMG-created intellectual property or authorize impersonation, fraudulent alteration, false attribution, or representations that falsely imply official UMG authorization.

CURRENT PUBLIC INSTITUTIONAL POSITION

The United Monarchy of Giezwa (Government-In-Exile) is legally organized under Minnesota law and has begun establishing an externally verifiable legal and intellectual-property record alongside a substantial internally governed institutional framework. UMG is continuing the lawful process of developing that foundation toward broader international institutional objectives while clearly distinguishing its present legal standing from international sovereign recognition that has not yet been obtained.
