Becoming an approved Citizen in Waiting of The United Monarchy of Giezwa creates an internal membership, registry, and participation relationship with UMG during its Founding Era. Membership is intended to be more than receiving emails or being placed on a list. It creates a documented relationship through which approved members may stay informed, participate in qualifying programs, build a history with UMG, receive member opportunities as they become available, and take part in the continued development of the institution. Citizens in Waiting may receive approved communications, educational and cultural resources, community programs, events, internal registry services, future member benefits, development or entrepreneurship opportunities when separately eligible, and other programs according to the rules under which they are actually established. 

Membership also means understanding the institution a person is joining. Within UMG's current public framework, the Crown is the principal internal leadership and continuity center. The Monarch provides high-level institutional direction, protects continuity, guides succession and ceremonial transitions, preserves governing records and Royal archives, coordinates with UMG offices and institutions, and helps prepare future generations for responsibility. The Office of the Monarch supports the Crown through official communications, appointments, institutional coordination, records, continuity planning, ceremonies, and the routing of matters to the proper UMG office or program. 

Within this framework, King Giezwa Monarch is recognized by UMG as the Founding Monarch and principal internal dynastic and institutional leader. His responsibilities within the Royal House include preserving Crown continuity and Royal traditions, guiding succession and heir preparation, representing UMG's long-term institutional vision, protecting the integrity of governing records and archives, and preparing future generations through leadership, history, service, and institutional continuity. 

Queen Teyaira Monarch is recognized as a principal figure of Royal House continuity, family stewardship, ceremony, advisory support, cultural preservation, and the preparation of future generations. UMG's Royal House framework also allows the Queen to serve in a regency capacity where properly authorized and to support cultural, humanitarian, educational, ceremonial, and institutional initiatives consistent with her approved role. Together, the King and Queen represent the founding generation around which the current Royal House and direct dynastic family line are organized.  

Citizens in Waiting should also recognize and appropriately respect The UMG Monarch Dynasty, which functions within UMG as the Founding Royal House. The Dynasty preserves the Crown, succession, Royal titles, ceremonial traditions, regency, genealogy, the Ruling Tree, Royal archives, family history, institutional memory, and generational stewardship. Princes, Princesses, Royal descendants, a formally designated Crown Prince or Crown Princess, a Regent where authorized, senior Royal roles, and other recognized members of the Dynasty may carry responsibilities according to their age, designation, preparation, and assigned institutional role. A Royal title, however, does not automatically mean that every Royal family member possesses operational authority over every Citizen in Waiting.  

UMG should therefore be understood through a chain of responsibility rather than an unlimited personal chain of command. The Crown provides leadership and continuity. The Office of the Monarch supports coordination and administration. Ministries and institutions carry specialized areas of responsibility. Appointed officials, advisors, administrators, event leaders, and program directors operate within the authority actually assigned to them. Citizens in Waiting should respect UMG leadership and follow the lawful rules and directions of the authorized person, office, Ministry, institution, program, or event responsible for the activity in which they are participating. Recognition of the King, Queen, Royal House, or another internal title does not mean that a title-holder automatically controls every aspect of a member's life. 

Membership rights within UMG are intended to make participation meaningful and fair. Depending upon the programs actually active, approved Citizens in Waiting may receive access to official member communications, qualifying events, educational materials, cultural programs, community initiatives, registries, internal resources, approved credentials, volunteer opportunities, entrepreneurship or development opportunities when separately qualified, and other member-oriented benefits. Members should also receive reasonable privacy protections, fair administration of UMG policies, clear information about the actual meaning of their credentials, and a reasonable method for correcting inaccurate registry information. 

These benefits come with responsibilities. Citizens in Waiting are expected to recognize the Crown and respect King Giezwa Monarch, Queen Teyaira Monarch, The UMG Monarch Dynasty, the Royal House, and properly authorized UMG leadership within the institution's internal framework. Members should provide accurate information, follow applicable law and UMG policies, use UMG credentials, titles, names, seals, crests, documents, and other protected materials only as authorized, respect privacy and minors, protect confidential records and intellectual property, respect other participants, and avoid fraud, impersonation, harassment, threats, unlawful conduct, or false claims of authority. UMG's existing participation policy specifically requires members not to falsely claim sovereign nationality, diplomatic immunity, governmental office, immigration benefits, police authority, or travel-document status based upon Citizens in Waiting membership. 

Citizens in Waiting should also understand the importance of good standing. A member in good standing is one whose internal membership remains active and who continues to comply with the current rules applicable to their participation. A documented record of good standing may become increasingly meaningful as UMG develops new events, programs, internal appointments, volunteer roles, development initiatives, restricted opportunities, or future membership benefits. Fraud, impersonation, harassment, material policy violations, misuse of credentials, serious safety concerns, or unlawful conduct may result in internal review, restriction, suspension, or termination. Such action concerns the person's relationship with UMG and does not independently change their civil rights, nationality, immigration status, public benefits, or other external legal status.

As the formal Citizens in Waiting application system develops, UMG also expects applicants to complete a KYC / identity and compliance verification process. KYC can help confirm identity, reduce duplicate or fraudulent registrations, prevent impersonation, verify age or required consent, and protect the credibility of the registry. Verification should be proportionate to what is actually necessary. More sensitive positions may require greater review than ordinary membership, and enhanced screening should be tied to the responsibilities of the particular program or role rather than imposed indiscriminately. 

Privacy remains part of the member relationship. Identity documents, KYC records, biometric information, financial information, background-review materials, home addresses, family records, and sensitive information involving minors should not become public simply because UMG has collected them. Public recognition of a person's Founding Era relationship can be separated from the private information used to verify that person. UMG's current policy requires sensitive identity, biometric, financial, background-review, family, and minor-child information to remain appropriately protected. 

There may also be long-term importance in creating a Citizens in Waiting record during the Founding Era. UMG states that international agreements are already in place while additional international rights, permissions, partnerships, and long-term arrangements continue to be developed. An approved member can therefore establish a dated history showing that they became connected to UMG before future arrangements were finalized. If a future competent country, lawful host-jurisdiction agreement, or applicable law eventually creates a residency, nationality, civic-participation, or dual-citizenship pathway, that future framework could choose to consider prior Citizens in Waiting membership, length of participation, KYC completion, good-standing history, service, or other criteria. Current membership does not guarantee those rights. Any future citizenship, dual citizenship, residency, immigration status, priority process, or other external legal benefit would exist only because the future agreement and applicable law expressly create it. 

Citizens in Waiting membership therefore carries both opportunity and responsibility. Members are becoming part of an institution that is intended to continue beyond the Founding Generation. Their conduct, participation, service, membership history, and treatment of the institution become part of that larger record. UMG's Royal House framework likewise treats Royal status as a responsibility involving continuity, ceremony, preservation, service, development, and preparation of future generations rather than simply a title or personal privilege.

The Citizens in Waiting Rights & Responsibilities framework of The United Monarchy of Giezwa describes internal membership rights, benefits, participation opportunities, leadership recognition, conduct standards, privacy expectations, credential use, good-standing requirements, and responsibilities within UMG. Citizens in Waiting remains an internal UMG registry, membership, and public-participation status. It does not presently constitute citizenship or nationality granted by a recognized sovereign state and does not independently establish immigration status, residency rights, visa rights, diplomatic status, diplomatic immunity, government-issued identification, passport status, recognized travel-document rights, public governmental office, police authority, military authority, or another external legal privilege.

Within UMG, members are expected to recognize and appropriately respect the Crown, Founding Monarch King Giezwa Monarch, Queen Teyaira Monarch, The UMG Monarch Dynasty, the Royal House continuity framework, and authorized offices, Ministries, institutions, appointments, and program leadership according to their actual roles. Recognition and respect within UMG means acknowledging the institution's internal leadership and organizational structure when participating in UMG activities. It does not create unlimited personal authority for any title-holder, and no internal instruction authorizes unlawful conduct, the surrender of protected rights, or disregard of applicable external law. UMG's own Government Structure describes the organization as a layered system of leadership, Royal House continuity, Ministries, institutions, appointments, and administration rather than a single unlimited chain of command. 

Royal titles, Crown terminology, succession classifications, ceremonies, offices, and Royal House structures are internal UMG designations unless a competent external authority separately establishes another legal effect. The UMG Monarch Dynasty functions as the Founding Royal House within UMG and preserves dynastic continuity, succession, ceremony, genealogy, archives, family legacy, and generational stewardship. Participation in Citizens in Waiting does not independently establish state-recognized nobility, diplomatic privilege, sovereign recognition, or external governmental authority. 

Member benefits depend upon programs actually established by UMG and may change as the institution develops. Membership does not guarantee employment, compensation, grants, scholarships, housing, land, contracts, investments, immigration benefits, citizenship, dual citizenship, or another future external status. If a future competent country, host-jurisdiction agreement, or applicable law creates new residency, nationality, civic-participation, dual-citizenship, or similar rights, those rights will arise only from the controlling agreement and applicable law. Prior Citizens in Waiting membership may be considered only if that future legal framework expressly chooses to recognize it. 

UMG may restrict, suspend, or terminate internal membership for reasons permitted by current policy, including material policy violations, fraud, impersonation, safety risks, misuse of credentials, harassment, or unlawful conduct. Internal UMG action affects the UMG relationship only unless a separate external legal process independently applies. Personal and KYC information should be collected only for legitimate administrative, verification, safety, compliance, or program purposes, protected with reasonable safeguards, and restricted according to role.
